By analysing coaching data, startup progress and patterns emerging across both the Go-Together programme and the wider EdTech ecosystem, Navigator strengthens how startups are diagnosed, coached and supported.
These insights help DOHE continuously refine its acceleration approach — enabling founders to pursue clearer growth pathways with greater confidence, clarity and impact.
Go-Together
Our ambition is to accelerate 5,000 EdTech startups over the next 10 years. Go-Together is DOHE’s 26-week tailored acceleration programme, designed to help startups identify and pursue the objectives most critical to their growth.
The programme begins with an in-depth analysis of both the business and the founders’ capabilities. Startups are then supported through weekly coaching, targeted resources and wider ecosystem engagement throughout their acceleration journey.
As startups progress through the programme, real-world insight, challenges and outcomes help build a growing evidence base for continuous learning and methodology development.
Understanding Growth Pathways
Navigator helps startups, coaches and programme teams understand how progress develops over time. By analysing objective completion, coaching insights and startup activity, Navigator helps identify trajectories, surface challenges and support better decision-making throughout the acceleration journey.
How Navigator Works
Establishing Key Objectives
Navigator works with founders to understand the startup’s current position, identify key strengths and challenges, and establish the objectives most critical to future progress.
This process combines structured questionnaires, expert-led diagnosis interviews and evidence-based assessment to create a focused acceleration pathway for each startup.
Achieving Key Objectives
Startups work towards their Key Objectives through dedicated 1:1 coaching, supported by additional resources, learning opportunities and targeted intervention where needed.
Navigator helps monitor startup progress by analysing coaching insights, tracking milestones and identifying where additional support may help strengthen execution and accelerate progress.
